How ordering works
Delivery
Choose a convenient way to receive your order
Delivery cost is calculated at the carrier’s rates after the order is placed — based on weight, dimensions and destination.

- door-to-door courier delivery
We ship orders to European countries. Cost and delivery time depend on the destination — our manager will calculate them after the order is placed.

Available for wholesale orders over UAH 10,000. Delivery costs UAH 50, or free when payment is handed to the driver in cash.

Payment
Choose what suits you — payment details are sent by the manager after order confirmation
Payment to a PrivatBank or monobank card. Payment details are sent by the manager after the order is confirmed.
Make a prepayment of UAH 150 — pay the remaining amount when you receive the goods at the post office.
For wholesale and international orders, bank transfer is available — the details are provided by the manager.

Exchange and returns
Wrong size or color? You can exchange an item in proper condition or return it within 14 days of receipt
- the item is not among goods exempt from exchange and return
- the item has not been used, is fully complete and the packaging is intact
- factory seals, tags and labels are preserved
- no more than 14 days have passed since receipt
- you have the payment document
